The Rocchetta apartment is a new and modern two-room apartment surrounded by a large sunny balcony with a splendid lake view.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
It is equipped with a lift, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV with satellite channel.
The apartment is located a few steps from the center in a panoramic position with the possibility of parking (for a fee) in the immediate vicinity.
The double room overlooks the balcony through a French door; is equipped with a large wardrobe, double bed with storage and air conditioning.
In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
Check-in from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM
Check-out from 09.00 AM to 10.00 noon
For check-in after 7.30 pm there will be a supplement of € 5 per hour and will be at our discretion.

Cleaning and laundry excluded: € 80.
The payment will be made at the CHECK-IN by credit card or cash.
One free car parking, the second car parking has an extra cost (€ 5 per day).
High chair and baby cot available on request.
Security deposit of € 150 at the arrival, and at the end of the stay I will return you.
